When to call and when to write

The HappyDERM telephone to reception is the quickest way to confirm a date, change or cancel an appointment and ask about organisational matters. An email or the contact form work well outside reception hours. Please do not give detailed medical information in a message or send photographs of skin lesions.

In an emergency — shortness of breath, swelling of the tongue or throat, loss of consciousness, seizures or any other immediate threat to life — call 112.

What to prepare before you call

• your name and a telephone number for contact,
• the location: Wrocław or Nysa,
• the type of visit: first consultation, follow-up, a child’s visit, a mole check or an assessment before a treatment,
• the days and times that suit you.

Reception chooses the right type and length of visit and confirms the availability of a doctor. It does not give medical advice and does not issue prescriptions — the diagnosis and treatment are decided by the doctor during the visit.
