Happyderm Cancellation Policy:
We are aware of and sensitive to the fact that an emergency may occur in a rare instance, preventing you from keeping your scheduled appointment. However, cancellations, especially last minute ones, along with patient no-shows, limit our ability to accommodate the scheduling needs of other patients. We therefore ask for your full cooperation with the following policy.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we request that you notify us no later than one full working day prior to your appointment, so that your appointment may then be rescheduled.
