HappyDERM is a dermatology and aesthetic medicine clinic operating in Wrocław at ul. Barlickiego 31/1U and in Nysa. We see patients privately, without a referral. The scope of care covers the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the skin, hair and nails, the assessment of moles, laser therapy and aesthetic medicine treatments.
Consultations are provided by: dr n. med. Małgorzata Micał-Strąk, consultant dermatologist and venereologist and aesthetic medicine physician, lek. Ireneusz Pijanowski, consultant dermatologist and venereologist, and lek. Dagmara Pawełczyk-Sicińska, aesthetic medicine physician.
The principles we work by
- Every treatment is preceded by medical qualification. We do not accept bookings for a treatment chosen by the patient without a prior assessment, because the choice of method depends on the diagnosis and on contraindications.
- Recommendations are given in writing, together with the date of the follow-up visit and information on the symptoms that require contact with the clinic.
- We state the realistic extent of improvement. On the page for each treatment we also describe what the method will not change. If the expected result cannot be achieved, we say so before the treatment, not afterwards.
- Prices are published openly. The full list is available in the price list and applies at all locations.
- We point to the right pathway. Treatment provided under drug programmes or requiring a surgical procedure takes place at centres designated for it — our task is then diagnosis, documentation and referral.

The first visit step by step
- Booking an appointment – through the online form or by telephone on 573 290 488.
- Preparation – please discontinue topical medicinal products 2–3 days before the visit and prepare a list of the medicines you take.
- History and examination – assessment of the lesions and, if needed, dermoscopy and additional tests.
- Diagnosis and plan – discussion of the management together with the expected duration of treatment and its cost.
- Recommendations and follow-up – written recommendations, an electronic prescription, the date of the follow-up visit.
A visit usually lasts 20–30 minutes. Assessment of all moles on the whole body and an aesthetic medicine consultation require more time — please state this scope when booking.
